A quick market note…

One thing that’s stood out to me recently— even when projects look similar on the surface, the way they come together can be completely different depending on the market.

Two deals might have the same brand, similar room counts, and even comparable projections at a glance, but once you start looking closer, the differences start to show.

A lot of that comes down to what’s happening locally—demand patterns, existing supply, seasonality, and how everything fits together over time.

That’s usually where the real story is.

It’s a good reminder that strong projections aren’t just about building numbers that work on paper, but about making sure they actually reflect the market behind them.
